Just returned from Taste of Summer–a great time had by all. Community spirit was definitely there when the Inner Harbor Drum Corps performed. They encouraged the audience to dance–and there were a few brave souls. I captured it on video and am currently uploading it to Webshots. I had Community Tea from Gumbeaux’s (pretty good–almost as good as Hudson’s) and BBQ ribs from Jim N Nicks–which, I think, are BETTER than Hudson’s. Very tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs. They have a location in Hiram. On their website it says they smoke the meat for 14 hours. Very glad they decided to participate–and I sincerely hope they open a location in Douglasville SOON!!
