On Wednesday July 29th Sgt. B. Peavy received a warrant from Los Angeles Police Department on Frank R. Beavers, B/M,  11-2-1971. The warrant was for Fraud involving the alleged use of false information to obtain Real Estate. The bond on this warrant is $215,000. Inv. M. Wheeler assisted Sgt. Peavy in the arrest of the subject at his residence in Elk Run Subdivision in Douglasville. This arrest occurred while the subject was cutting his grass and he was taken into custody without incident. Mr. Beavers is awaiting extradition to California.
