Realtor Anita Buffington is selling a $499,000 log home on Dog River.  Five bedrooms.

Almost 16 acres of land at St. Andrews Parkway and Hwy 5 is up for sale.  It’s being divided into three lots and all of it is zoned commercial.

6420 John West Road is zoned for a daycare and was being sold at $299,000, but has been reduced to $80,000.

An acre of land zoned commercial is being sold in Tributary.  It’s located next to the Tributary Sales Center.

The Shell on Hwy 5 is up for sale.  $1,250,000.  The ad says “The c-store recently closed due to poor management and has been debranded by Shell.”

39.45 acres at Conners Road and Richardson Road in Winston is for sale.  It is being sold by the executor of the Hawkins-Glanton Estate.  It’s being sold as one tax parcel but there are six separate tracts.  Total price is $855,000.  You can go here for more info:  About 14.5 acres is zoned industrial and the rest is being sold as residential.

6984 Douglas Blvd is for sale.  This is across from Lowe’s and is 1.95 acres.  Price is $500,000.
