Realtor Anita Buffington is selling a $499,000 log home on Dog River.  Five bedrooms.

Almost 16 acres of land at St. Andrews Parkway and Hwy 5 is up for sale.  It’s being divided into three lots and all of it is zoned commercial.

6420 John West Road is zoned for a daycare and was being sold at $299,000, but has been reduced to $80,000.

An acre of land zoned commercial is being sold in Tributary.  It’s located next to the Tributary Sales Center.

The Shell on Hwy 5 is up for sale.  $1,250,000.  The ad says “The c-store recently closed due to poor management and has been debranded by Shell.”

6984 Douglas Blvd is for sale.  This is across from Lowe’s and is 1.95 acres.  Price is $500,000.

Also searched one local realtor’s website to see how many forclosed homes were up for sale…came up with 853.  Another website gave me 937 results.
