The Georgia State Patrol (GSP) is still investigating Tuesday night’s three-vehicle accident on Post Road which resulted in four injuries.

According to GSP officials, a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old juvenile on Post Road Tuesday at 8:44 p.m. crossed the center line, struck a van and then collided with a pickup truck.

The driver, whose name has not been released by the GSP due to his age and because he may face charges after his release from the hospital, was airlifted to Grady Memorial Hospital and will be transferred to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, officials said.

One was taken to Children’s Healthcare in critical condition, and two were treated and released from Douglas WellStar hospital with minor injuries.
