25 acres of Tributary at New Manchester is for sale.  Asking price is $5 million,which comes out to $200,000 per acre.  They mention it is near the “brand new 2-story new urbanism RETAIL VILLAGE (200,000 sf).”

Also for sale is 7.92 acres on Hwy 92 that, the owner says, is “adjacent to the New County Jail Site!”  Just what I would want, to shop next to a jail.  However, the property can be used for commercial or industrial use.

The former Rock Inn is still for sale.  Price is still $275,000.  It would be great if someone bought it reopened the Rock Inn.

The two buildings in historic downtown Douglasville are still for sale.  Price is $439,900.

The former Hardee’s in Lithia Springs is for sale.  Price is $700,000.

A PUD Townhome development in Lithia Springs is for sale.  Price is $2,717,000.

A space in The Shoppes at Chapel Hill was apparently going to be a dress shop–but now it is for sale.  Lease price is $16/SF/Year (it’s 1,500 sf).

According to the ad, there are still six spaces for lease in Live Oak Vilage shopping center across from Bill Arp Park.  The ad says it is “quality new construction development located in a market which is heavily underserved by retail space.”

The former Wal-Mart on Stewart Parkway is still for lease. The rate is $7.50/SF/Year.  Total square feet is 117,789.

Five spaces are still for lease at Arbor Connection on Douglas Blvd across from Kia.  The rate is $20/SF/Year.  The cheapest space would cost $21,600 per year to lease.
